How do I use this site?

 You can use this site to read information about Sugar Rush, find your local delivery branch, answer any questions you may have about our service and ultimately order some Sugar Rush goodness to be delivered straight to your door. 

Simply pop along to the shop tab and add any items that you would like to your cart. 

Once you've finished click on your cart and it will tell you the total amount of your order. Add on your chosen method of shipping and your balance will update to include shipping costs.

If you don't already have an account you will need to input your name and address details.

Pay using your chosen method of payment then just sit back, relax and wait for your yummy parcel of Sugar Rush goodness to be delivered straight to your door. 

How will my items be despatched?

 Once you have placed you order, your shopping cart will come through to our team at the Sugar Rush hub. Here your sweets will be hand picked and packed by our packers in our 5* hygiene rated hub. Once your order has been packed, quality checked, sealed and parcelled up our admin team will book the courier to come along and collect your order. It will then make it's way to you wherever you have asked for your delivery to be within the shipping time frame you chose at checkout. 

How long does delivery take?

The Sugar Rush Hub is open from Monday through to Friday. It is not open on weekends therefore any orders placed after 10am on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday regardless of the shipping method selected. 

Our courier partners are DPD and LCP. 

1. 3-5 working days £3.99 standard delivery.

2. Orders over £50 received free standard delivery. 

3. Next day delivery if ordered before 10am £4.50.

4. Delivered to your door next day before 10.30am £15.00.

5. Delivered to your door next day before 12 noon £8.00.

How do I store my sweets once I receive them?

 Pick 'n' mix sweets have a long shelf life, most wholesale packets will have at least a year of life on them from purchase. However, once we have hand picked and packed your selection of sweets we recommend that they are best consumed within 1 month of purchase. How you store them can affect the taste and quality of your sweets. A cool dry place is recommended so your sweets do not sweat or melt. 

Can I choose what sweets are in my box?

We don't have the option of individually choosing each sweet however if you look through our shop there are very many different choices of box's that we are sure something will tickle your tastebuds fancy.  

I would like to open my own Sugar Rush Franchise...

That's great to hear that you would like to join the Sugar Rush Confectionery team. In order to gain more information contact us at the main hub and we will be happy to discuss the opportunity with you. 

I have a nut allergy.....

Although we don't actively mix nut products in our box's or jar's, we do offer some single nut products. Our recommendation is that our products aren't suitable for somebody with a nut allergy due to NUT TRACES being a high possibility. 

My order hasn't arrived?

 We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Has it been the full 1-3 working days shipping since your order was placed? If so, please get in touch with us so we can help resolve this matter. 

My order was wrong?

Sadly, from time to time our team may make a slight admin error when posting orders. Its very rare but we are sad to hear that your order isn't correct. Please contact us using a method from the 'Get In Touch' tab so we can assist you further in resolving this matter.

What are you opening times?

Our online shop is open for orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, our main hub where the orders are sent from is open Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. Any orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be despatched the following working day. 

For outside our main hub hours we do have our facebook page which is manned all the time and somebody would be more than happy to help. https://en-gb.facebook.com/sugarrushpostal.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We currently only offer shipping to UK mainland addresses via our couriers.

How do I contact you?

How can I pay?

You can make payment using most recognised debit and credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal. All of these options will be displayed for you at checkout. 

Is ordering online safe?

Our shop is set up using the well known brand Shopify. Payments are made via Stripe Card Services and PayPal. We don't receive any card details that you enter it is securely processed through the above mentioned third party.

Why does it offer me an account?

Our website shop is set up using the well known brand Shopify. It offers you the chance to sign up and register so that when you come back to order (which we are sure you will after tasting your goodies) it will make the next ordering process that little bit quicker for you.

Can I change/amend my order after it has been placed?

We do work on quite a quick turn around to make sure you are waiting for your order for too long. However, if you contact us via one of the ways mentioned on the 'Get In Touch' tab we will do our best to make any changes if necessary. 

I have found a problem on your website what should I do? 

We are sorry to hear you may have experienced a problem whilst using our site today, please forward any relevant information to us using one of the methods on the 'Get In Touch' tab and we will do our best to rectify any problems that may have occurred.
